Yes, all you have to do for a refund or return is to:

• Inform us via email or phone
• Take a photo of the packages
• Take a close-up photo of the shipping label
• Take a clear photo of the packing slip.
• Please ensure that the photo is very clear.
• We will not process any order without the packing slip.
• Kindly send us all the photos alongside your order number via email.

We process and fulfill your orders from Monday- Sunday between noon and 5 pm, so you should be receiving your tracking information within this time frame. If your order came in past 5 pm, then it will be processed the next business day.

Every order comes with a piece of separate email information. One for the shipping which will include your tracking information and another that will inform you that the package has been delivered.

Also, the driver or courier may ring the bell door when they come to drop off the package.
